Personal fitness training is for everyone - not just for the rich and famous. Many people benefit from having their own personal trainer to help them stay motivated and see real progress towards their fitness goals and a healthier lifestyle.

If you are feeling tired, lethargic, lacking in energy, demotivated, or you are overweight or simply unfit, then you will benefit from personal fitness training - especially if you don't want to go to the gym, and feel the need to try a different and fresh approach to improving your health and fitness. We all hear so much about how important it is to exercise regularly, so what are the actual benefits of personal training? You will feel more energized and better in yourself. As you start to feel fitter you will want to eat healthier food so losing weight becomes easier.

You dont even have to train on your own. If you would rather, you can bring along a friend to train with aswell. As well a creating a slight competition between you two, it might encourage you to keep coming and achieve your goals.

Had an injury recently??

In the short term, I can arrange massages on the opposite side of the body to stop secondary tightness and injuries occuring.

Doing the right exercises can cut weeks of your rehab'. Specific, custom exercises can be advised and demonstrated to you in order to get you back on your feet as soon as possible. Combine these custom exercises with the right amount of massage and you will back to fitness in record time.

 

Are you new to exercise and don't even wanna join a gym??

Thats completely fine and I can empathise with you. Well, if that is you then we can arrange some outdoor exercises that will give you the workout that you want whilst staying away from the gym environment.

 

How about you just want a running buddy??

Do you want to go out for a run morning/evening but don't want to go on your own? Well I offer my company for runners who are experienced or even complete novices. If you are new to running and want someone who shows compassion to you, I can be that be that person, having me by your side could make all the difference, encouraging and motivating you all the way. If you're an experience runner and can arrange specific distance training and also make sure that there is variability within your training so you can make the biggest strides (excuse the pun) forward. Combine this training with the gait (the way you walk and run) analysis and we can prevent potential injuries and increase the ease of your running.

Prices:

Single session: £25/hour

Block session: 5 for £110

                            10 for £200*

 

Group session: 2 people: £17 per person/hour

                              3 People: £15 per person/hour

                              4 people: £13 per person/hour

 

*Bigger block bookings can be arranged for further discounts.

 

(Students recieve a 20% discount)
